I have been back in England for a few months now and all I can say is that today has been my best day so far.
I don’t know if it is the medication or my prayers that are making me feel 80% human but Like it.
I managed to have a day with hardly any anxiety and visited a lovely town in West Yorkshire- Hebden Bridge.
I have been so sick recently that I have not been able to go out but felt almost normal today.
